We disclaim all responsibilities and warranties with respect to payment of fees (“Fees”) that is applicable to the programmes you have selected for through the Trade Tales Website (tradetales.com), in addition to the Terms of Use offered on the Trade Tales Website (tradetales.com). The charge may include, but is not limited to, course fees. Furthermore, the User acknowledges and accepts that:
It is the User’s duty to make all applicable Fee payments well in advance of the Trade Tales’ set deadline.
The Trade Tales online payment service is not a banking or financial institution, but rather a payment facilitation service (“Payment Gateway Service Provider”). By utilising existing authorised banking infrastructure and credit card payment gateway networks, the Payment Gateway Service Provider supports online payments, collection, and transfer of money for transactions on the Trade Tales Website. Furthermore, by offering such payment facility through the Payment Gateway Service Provider, Trade Tales is not acting as a trustee or in a fiduciary position with respect to payments made by the User for Services purchased on the Website. The User further acknowledges and accepts that any payments made by the User through the Payment Gateway Service Provider will be processed within one to two (1-2) business days. The User is solely responsible for paying the appropriate Fee through the Payment Gateway Service Provider. Trade Tales is not liable for any failure or delay in the Payment Gateway Service Provider’s processing of the Fee paid by the User.
While using any of the payment methods available on the Website, Trade Tales will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred directly or indirectly by the User as a result of (a) lack of authorization for any transactions; (b) any payment issues arising out of the transaction; (c) decline of such transaction for any reason; or (d) use, or inability to use, the Payment Gateway Service Provider’s payment page.
Trade Tales is not responsible for any loss or damages incurred by the User as a result of any failure, delay, or interruption on the part of the Payment Gateway Service Provider, including but not limited to, partial or total failure of any network terminal, data processing system, computer tele-transmission or telecommunications system, or other circumstances beyond the Payment Gateway Service Provider’s control.
If Trade Tales rejects the User’s request for Services due to late payments, the User must submit a written request to us accompanied with a payment receipt proving the payment for the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) enabled Course (s). Trade Tales will evaluate such a request for a refund of funds after verifying the payment receipt, in accordance with Trade Tales internal refund procedures stated on the business website.
In the case that Trade Tales rejects the User’s request for Services due to late payments, the User must submit a written request to us, together with a payment receipt certifying the payment for the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) enabled Course (s). Trade Tales will consider such a request for a refund of payments after verifying the payment receipt, in accordance with Trade Tales internal refund policies published on the company website. Trade Tales, the Payment Gateway Service Provider, will resolve the complaints reported by the User, subject to its internal policies and rules.
